We offer you non-riding quality time with horses that restores your capacity to manage life in a natural way.
No horse experience needed.
Non-riding activities with horses can be a highly effective way to improve your personal and professional life.

Our sessions are for individuals and small groups.
We welcome you to a serene, natural environment where a certified facilitator and horse mentors guide you as you spend time with a horses.

Why horses?

We humans are predators. Horses are prey. Yet, we are both mammals with the same nervous system.
Humans and horses both need trust, safety, connection, and security to feel our best.
As a prey animal, the horse's natural instinct is to react to energy and stimuli. With humans, the horse intuitively senses what we are thinking or feeling subconsciously. They have to be to detect predatory behaviour.
Time spent with horses will help you become aware of patterns, behaviours and emotions in your life. How to stay with them and move through them to feel your capacity and resilience. This is what your body naturally wants to do, to move through stress, sadness, discomfort and other strong emotions to a place of safety, trust, curiosity and growth.
